“The lady today that I talked to at the front desk she was really nice and caring and she showed me the unit and I told her it was to big and she went out of her way to show me a smaller one and that meant alot to me and she helped me and suggested me to do it through there web sit online and it was really nice of her to help me I would recommend her to be a manager if she's not already or even higher up bc she knows how to treat the costumers and how to make them feel welcomed and how the place is a very friendly and safe place so please if anybody is needing a storage please come there they are really nice and helpful..”

Over that course of two months, I was very well taken care of and the facilities are well maintained. “Been at this property for awhile in building 1 and lately the temperature has been higher than normal on the inside. I went and spoke with JT the property manager about the situation and he informed me that while it is climate controlled the units that keep it cooled aren't functioning properly and will get looked into. I asked if there was an ETA on the repair and he said he's unsure but will try to keep everyone updated as time goes. He was professional and really forward with the information and I appreciate that. So wanted to leave this and give him a shoutout for the help!”

“I rented a unit for 5 years and I was completely satisfied. I would recommend it if you need a reasonably priced storage unit. I initially rented with a special rate. I did have an issue with my automatic billing charging me for an additional month after I vacated the unit. It took some time but that issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction. The on site manager Adolfo is friendly and easy to work with.”

“Clean facility, very nice management. I’m knocking off a star for 2 things.
1. The keypads to get in and out have old, monochrome, tiny displays which are hard to see. If the sun is shining on the display, forget it. IMPOSSIBLE to see anything. You best hope that you punch a bunch of numbers and symbols in correctly the first time, otherwise you’ll have cars behind you honking.
2. You can only pay by check. When I lived nearby that was not a problem, but I moved out of the immediate area and I use my bank app to mail one in, which takes at least 5 days. Make sure you plan ahead so you aren’t late.”
“Mrs. Carol was so nice and accommodating. We called I guess a general Public Storage number and for whatever reason we weren't allowed to see the storage units. We got a hold of her and we went within 10 minutes and got the storage unit we needed with no pressure. She showed us around and explained everything. She also made sure we understood their storage unit features and allowed us a test run. She was amazing! I'm glad she is staff at the Public Storage we are now renting. Thank you Mrs. Carol for your patience and your kindness! I feel we can count on her to answer any questions. :)”

Explain everything up front no hidden charges or anything. The storages maybe a little order but no leaks no mold and so much more affordable there
