“Been at this property for awhile in building 1 and lately the temperature has been higher than normal on the inside. I went and spoke with JT the property manager about the situation and he informed me that while it is climate controlled the units that keep it cooled aren't functioning properly and will get looked into. I asked if there was an ETA on the repair and he said he's unsure but will try to keep everyone updated as time goes. He was professional and really forward with the information and I appreciate that. So wanted to leave this and give him a shoutout for the help!”
“I had the pleasure of using Lott’s Boat Storage as a temporary location to keep my boat during my relocation. Over that course of two months, I was very well taken care of and the facilities are well maintained. Their management team knew I was a temporary customer from the beginning, but that didn’t keep them from going above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. It is clear this company strongly believes in good customer service.”

“Clean facility, very nice management. I’m knocking off a star for 2 things.
1. The keypads to get in and out have old, monochrome, tiny displays which are hard to see. If the sun is shining on the display, forget it. IMPOSSIBLE to see anything. You best hope that you punch a bunch of numbers and symbols in correctly the first time, otherwise you’ll have cars behind you honking.
2. You can only pay by check. When I lived nearby that was not a problem, but I moved out of the immediate area and I use my bank app to mail one in, which takes at least 5 days. Make sure you plan ahead so you aren’t late.”
