“I was going to leave a one star on the lady today that was so unprofessional. I just need you to know that is not how you handle any kind of customer that is already irritated. You could e kindly just let me claim my auction but you couldn’t! You even had my storage treasures account suspended. That is the only website that I trust to buy my auctions that pays my bills. I have a resale store that I’m suppose to have a grand opening too this weekend now I have to find other ways to supply my store. I really appreciate that! “I always liked them. I prefer them over Uhaul. They are affordable and safer. The employees do their job and you don't have to worry about shady business. I was even able to better my credit score. Not sure how I did that though. This is my third time using them located on NormandyTX.

Her knowledge of the storage units in facility was impressive and she went above and beyond to help us find the right unit when we were having trouble deciding. She patiently answered all of our questions showed us multiple units, and made the entire process easy and stress-free.
What stood out most was her exceptional customer service even though we arrived close to closing time Ms. Layla never rushed us. She stayed after the store had closed to make sure everything was taken care of. She personally walked us out, made sure our gate code worked properly, and insured we were completely set up before leaving.
