Best Western Plus Galveston Suites offers a comfortable stay with a prime beachfront location. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, noting that the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, despite the hotel being older. Most rooms provide stunning ocean views, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, with free parking available for guests. The breakfast provided is a highlight, with a variety of fresh options and a friendly breakfast staff. However, some guests reported issues with service, particularly regarding responsiveness to concerns. A few guests experienced a lack of housekeeping during their stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, minor inconveniences such as noisy air conditioning units and early morning lawn maintenance were noted. Amenities include a small outdoor pool, laundry services, and a cappuccino machine in the lobby that received positive feedback. While some guests felt the rooms could be improved for the price, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming, and many express a desire to return. Despite some service shortcomings, Best Western Plus Galveston Suites is recognized for its cleanliness, location, and comfortable accommodations, making it suitable for both short stays and longer vacations.
Breakfast was really really good. Quiet hallway, dark room. Toilet leaked 😳 😑

This was my first time staying there, and it was wonderful. The location is fabulous. It’s nice and quiet down on this end of the island. The breakfast was fabulous, and the view from my room was perfect.
