About Comfort Suites Galveston Cruise Port Area - Beachside
Comfort Suites offers very large and spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable, providing a great view of the ocean. The location is good, about a mile from the congested area, allowing for maximum relaxation with next to no road noise. Some guests note the rooms are outdated and there can be a musky smell, but they are kept very clean. The staff at the front desk, particularly in the afternoons and evenings, are frequently described as really nice, very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable, enhancing the check-in experience. Many guests choose this hotel for its convenient parking and shuttle service to the cruise port. While the stay is generally great, the breakfast receives mixed reviews, with some finding it good and others noting very few options or that items like the scrambled eggs are not as good as most hotels. The in-room jacuzzi is a appreciated feature. Despite minor cons, many guests would definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff were awesome. The room was very, very clean. The ocean view balcony was great. No complaints whatsoever. Will stay there again and hope for the same experience. The price was very reasonable.

Well they are in the middle of a remodel/ refubish. That said our room was clean and comfortable. Latasha at the desk was polite and welcoming. Free breakfast was what you would expect. But we enjoyed the location, away from the traffic of the fancy resort area!

Perfect hotel on the seawall. Very nice pool. The staff was very nice. I am going to stay here on my stays in galveston
