“This is old school Texas service… a company that answered the phone at 7:45. Whilst I was not able to rent from them this evening (I’m notoriously last minute) they were willing to accommodate. I look forward to our annual Christmas on the beach at the San Louis, and with more prep on my end we will definitely use these folks. I am looking to their business model as they “uberize” the rental car industry.”
“I picked up a car earlier this month at this Enterprise and was taken care of by Keith. He was EXCELLENT! I feel even with small details he went above & beyond.
My dad was not able to help me put my luggage in the car because of a recent surgery on his hand, Keith helped me put it in the trunk. Then when there was a mix up with the place I dropped off the car, Keith sorted it out as well. AWEEEESOME customer service!!!!”
