“When we dropped the car off on Saturday, we were asked how our experience was. I told them how upset the situation made us and they promised that they would have someone get back to us. Someone called us back on Monday which was pretty quick. We were able to come to a resolution and I will continue to make Enterprise our first choice for renting vehicles.
