“Only reason to give 4 stars is bc there was no available loaner car so I had to spend $ renting a vehicle. And why it takes 2 1/2 days to do a health check makes no sense to me. Otherwise the service guys were really nice and my check engine light is now off.”

My dad was not able to help me put my luggage in the car because of a recent surgery on his hand, Keith helped me put it in the trunk. Then when there was a mix up with the place I dropped off the car, Keith sorted it out as well. AWEEEESOME customer service!!!!”

“I had a good experience. Just remember to vacuum before you return the car if it's messy because you do sign so sort agreement that states there is a vacuum fee if you return it dirty. Be there early for your vehicle if you need it right away, because there may be a 20 or more minute wait. Check the vehicle tires before you leave because even with additional insurance, it does not cover tires. I did prepaid so that may helped reserved a vehicle for me. I did dropped by the day before and asked about the vehicle cause I needed a mini van. I wanted make sure they had one.”

“We were in a tight spot and needed a car quick the Friday of Spring Break . We couldn’t believe our luck when they said that they had one available. Rushed over before they closed and the place was busy . Karrington Anderson is the lovely lady that helped us - we know because she gave us her card . Not only was she a pleasure to work with, but we witnessed a customer being extremely rude to her and she handled the situation calmly and effectively. This location is also nice & clean . There is no doubt we will be back when we need another car . Thank you for making our experience easy breezy, Enterprise. See you soon .”
