The two gentlemen who were working were extremely helpful and kind. On our way down here we had hit something on the highway. They were able to patch up our car well enough so we could make it back home, a 3+ hour long drive. Thank you so much for your help!

Just like any other body shop they will keep finding things that need to be fixed to charge more than the estimate was.
