When I pulled the truck in for a price, Frank didn’t exactly say no but he said “you got a lot going on with this truck” and pointed to the rusted through areas in the hood, the completely paintless roof, the many dings and a rear quarter panel that was a different color.
He explained he’d have to work me in between insurance claims that need quick turnaround and it might take awhile. He also said no one really want to do a good paint job anymore because it’s labor intensive. Husband and I I talked re the pricing and agreed we wanted to keep this little truck but give it a new look and protect it. She has 237k miles and we’ve taken good care of it.
To say Frank is friendly and a perfectionist is an understatement. He was honest in the extensive timing and we kept going by to check on it. What we got in return went above and beyond our expectations!”
