“An unfortunate parking decision while on vacation left my front fender pulled halfway off. I had it taped back on for the trip back to Galveston from the east coast, because, as we all know, body shops are famous for taking forever to fix your car, and I needed to get back to Texas. By the time I got to Manuel’s, the tape was peeling off lol: a hooptee in progress. Manuel gave me an affordable price and set an appointment so that I wouldn’t be without my car very long. Staff is very friendly and Manuel was kind and efficient. Car looks great and I feel lucky to find this great local gem!”
“Decent service but prices are higher than quoted online. Oil change is 85, not 69 like advertised on website and which is standard at other dealerships. They said they can’t change website, but they should make customers aware if this is the case.”

I pulled in dealing with a flat tire and was digging around in the back of my SUV trying to figure things out. Rodney didn't just point me in the right direction—he jumped in and helped me through the entire process. He helped me change the tire, made sure it was aired up properly, and got me safely back on the road.
What stood out most was that he genuinely cared and was willing to help without hesitation. On a day when I really needed something to go my way, Rodney stepped up and made a stressful situation a lot easier.

“I HIGHLY recommend this place! We disembarked from our cruise early in the morning on Father’s Day Sunday, and upon arrival to our vehicle, there was a nail in the tire. Every tire shop on maps was closed, so we went here to see if there was a place nearby they could send us to get the tire repaired. Instead of sending us away, Gil and Johnathan went above and beyond to help us. Johnathan went outside in the pouring down rain to plug the tire for us, and we were able to make it safely back to Dallas. We don’t know what we would’ve done without them, and we’re so grateful we found good people like Gil and Johnathan. When I pulled the truck in for a price, Frank didn’t exactly say no but he said “you got a lot going on with this truck” and pointed to the rusted through areas in the hood, the completely paintless roof, the many dings and a rear quarter panel that was a different color.
He explained he’d have to work me in between insurance claims that need quick turnaround and it might take awhile. He also said no one really want to do a good paint job anymore because it’s labor intensive. Husband and I I talked re the pricing and agreed we wanted to keep this little truck but give it a new look and protect it. She has 237k miles and we’ve taken good care of it.
To say Frank is friendly and a perfectionist is an understatement. He was honest in the extensive timing and we kept going by to check on it. What we got in return went above and beyond our expectations!”
