“Outstanding customer service!! I found this boutique online while searching for hooked decorative pillows for our vacation property. I ordered two pillows. One had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Kim sent me a handwritten note in the box with the first pillow explaining the situation with her phone number. She kept me up to date during this process. I was delighted when the second pillow arrived as promised! I wish I didn’t live across the country so that I could visit this shop personally. I will definitely give them more online business!! .”

“I usually do not shop at beauty supply stores. I get most of my beauty items online. As a african american woman I am very familiar with beauty supply stores and awful customer service. I personally stop going to beauty supply stores about ten years ago after just being tired of being treated like a thief or something. This is honestly the first time in my whole life that i've ever stepped in a beauty supply store and actually felt welcomed. I was greeted by a friendly asian woman and she was actually holding genuine conversation. They have quite a selection of hair care products and hair weeds and extensions. They also have clothes jewelry sunglasses and I think they have a small shoe selection. This isn't the biggest beauty supply store that I've ever been in, but I will say that it's very well stocked. If you actually like shopping in beauty supply stores Or if you're just in a pinch; I'd totally recommend this place.”

“First I went to Hibbett to find the shoes and they didn’t have them so she told me to try city gear. She was the nicest lady! At first it showed that they didn’t have the right size but offered to order it and have it sent to my address (which was perfect before we were not from there). Then after looking more she found the size in the store. While helping me she also had a lady in the store on her cell phone trying to talk to the store employee about shoes but wouldn’t stop talking to the person on the phone. Also a man wanting to know a price and she told him she would have to look up the price twice and then the man turned around and mumble something. The whole time she was so calm and so nice.”
“Quite a variety of shoes: boots, dress shoes, sandals, sneakers, flats, heels, etc. Unbeatable prices. This is a must go place for anyone looking for a bargain and nice shoes. There are other items here such as purses and socks, but you have to come for the shoes.”
