“I feel like most people are pretty negative toward towing companies, and honestly, I can understand why. I’m from Colorado, where the local tow yard feels like a monopoly that treats people and their situations like garbage.
But Cathy here at Tony and Bros in Galveston was the sweetest person. My mom got into a wreck here, and AAA sent out a tow truck to pick up her car and bring it to a different spot where we could park it after Tony and bros towed and stored the vehicle from the accident. Even then, Cathy went the extra mile. She made sure the tow truck driver had valid credentials before releasing the vehicle, something I’ve honestly never seen done back home.
They also didn’t charge us $600 a day just to store the car. The rate was so reasonable that we even ended up leaving it there an extra day 🥲
Cathy really took care of me and made me feel like I was family. She was kind, respectful, and straightforward the entire time. Not once was she rude or condescending.
Overall, it was a really positive experience, and she genuinely made an already stressful accident feel like much less of a headache. If I’m ever in a situation like this again in Galveston, I’ll definitely be calling their facility and asking for Cathy!”
