“Our family recently hosted our family reunion kickback at The Barrel Room, and it was absolutely the perfect venue! The rooftop atmosphere made the evening even more special and gave everyone a unique place to relax, dance, and enjoy spending time together.
I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Tim for his outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly responsive. Whenever I had questions or needed something explained, he took the time to make sure I understood everything. His communication throughout the planning process made coordinating our event so much easier.
Our family traveled from different cities and states to attend the reunion, and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the venue. It truly helped make our weekend one to remember.

“We had such a wonderful stay at Avenue O Bed and Breakfast! Jeff and Polly are truly fantastic hosts who made us feel like family from the moment we arrived.
We stayed nearly a week while visiting our son and his girlfriend (which I imagine is longer than their typical guest) and yet their warm, thoughtful hospitality never missed a beat.
When we arrived we were greeted by Jeff and Polly, with delicious homemade cookies. The B & B was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the most incredible gourmet breakfasts each morning, homemade by Polly. My 88-year-old dad said it was the best breakfast he’s ever had—and I couldn’t agree more.
Jeff and Polly were attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our entire stay. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit to Galveston and Avenue O!”
