“I cannot stress how satisfied I was with my service with Carstar. Omar was my point of contact and kept me informed during the process of my vehicle being repaired. He have me an estimated date if when it would be ready and it was actually ready a week before the schedule date which was great because that prevented me from having to get a rental car for another week. When I arrived to pick up my car he created me and took me out to my car and explained everything they did to my car and the warranty that comes with everything they did. When I opened my car they not only washed it but detailed my car. It looked excellent, it looked like a brand new car. Their customer service was top notch and I would recommend anyone to go there. “originally had an appointment with the dealership’s collision shop, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I called JDS. They immediately told me to stop by, and once I arrived, the process was quick and efficient—within 5 minutes everything was handled, and they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up.
The repair took about 10 days, mostly due to waiting on parts from the dealership, but JDS kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and the workmanship on my car was outstanding.
