“My son was t-boned by a semi truck in a 16 Mazda CX5, the passenger side was bashed in and the side airbag went off. I called around to several body shops and most would not touch it. Navarro gave me a great price and included the airbag for extra but it seemed like he knew what he was doing so I agreed and left the car. I got the car back today and I am so happy with their work. I bought the car brand new 10 years ago and it looks like the day I bought it but cleaner. I had no idea they would clean it up so well after fixing what most shops wouldn’t touch. “originally had an appointment with the dealership’s collision shop, but after waiting 30 minutes with no response, I called JDS. They immediately told me to stop by, and once I arrived, the process was quick and efficient—within 5 minutes everything was handled, and they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up.
The repair took about 10 days, mostly due to waiting on parts from the dealership, but JDS kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and the workmanship on my car was outstanding.
