“Just bought a couch here last week and they are very fast with delivery (could have been the next day if we wanted!) and decently priced (basically the same price as Amazon, but including assembly/set up). The staff was also friendly. I'm only giving four stars because I was disappointed in the guidance from the salesperson... we looked at what they had on the floor and I kept pointing out a specific feature I didn't like, but then we ended up ordering from a catalog and I didn't realize from the low-res photo that it had that feature. It's my fault for not checking closely or looking up better pictures online, I was just disappointed he didn't warn me. I feel like the main reason for shopping in a store instead of just ordering online is to take advantage of their product knowledge.
SO, just a reminder to do your homework to make sure you're getting what you expect, and it should be fine!”

“Ordered two items for pick up because they were not available at my local stores. Drove nearly 3 hours one way to pick it up only to find one of the items cancelled (even though they had 3 perfectly fine ones on the shelf) and the other was an extremely damaged item that they wrapped and tapped up in paper. It’s the large raven on their website that is literally missing a whole leg.
Updated: got a call that they were sending me a new one to my home address!!!”

I found the cutest little sectional and they delivered it within 30 minutes after I bought it! I'm still blown away!
