“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! Thank you Rowlett for letting my son see the importance of a good attitude and a little effort!”

He somehow knew exactly where everything was, answered all my questions, and made the whole trip ridiculously easy. I’m starting to think he secretly lives in the store.
