“I have been a member of this gym for a little over a year and Corey is absolutely amazing! He made the registration process smooth as I was transitioning into the area and was in need of a new home gym. There has never been a time that I have ever came to the facility and it was not clean, fully stocked on wipes for sanitary purposes or ever any machine not up and running. Corey keeps this location running smoothly! As a single woman I always felt safe coming anytime of day as there are cameras strategically placed around the facility for the members safety . I recommend this gym and give it a 10 out of 10 hands down!”

“I tried a class with my autistic brother, unsure how he would do with the people, sound, and workouts. The staff have been STELLAR in working with him, encouraging and challenging him to work hard while meeting him however he shows up that day. In just a couple weeks they have ignited an excitement for kickboxing that I never expected from him.
I can't recommend Jupiter highly enough to anyone interested in kickboxing, especially if they're not sure whether or not they can do it.”

“I really enjoy going here, everyone is so sweet and the staff is really helpful if you have any questions or concerns. There are some machines out of order but that's to be expected at any gym. Women's area is also really nice! If you're thinking about going here I suggest you do :)”

“Love this gym! The manager is really welcoming and runs the facility very well. They stay on top of always keeping everything clean. Compared to other planet fitnesses this one is not overly packed and crazy. This is by far my favorite location I drive the extra miles and pass 2 local planet fitness locations just to get to this one. If you have the app it tells you when they are less packed , I usually only go if it has 2 bars or less ?”

“Up until Texas Family Fitness in Garland closed, I would not discover Planet Fitness. I like TFF, that's why I stayed w/ them for 5 yeads. But PF is amazing, it's so comfortable, bright & lots of better machines. Staff are wonderful. I'm starting to enjoy & feel comfortable.

It’s clean it’s got updated and equipment that is always being worked on , great staff EXCELLENT trainers, no one bothers you and you can work out in peace , people are respectful and the classes are such a bonus! Worth every penny. They also recently fished remodeling this year and added a study area which is a nice touch!”

“The service here has been bad before and I see a lot of turnover but I think it's changing for the better now ...new manager and better employees, I like to shout out Jake , when I have had bad experiences at the front desk he took my issues and tried to resolve them especially when I usually get the run around. Taking the time to at least listen to guest goes a long way. He seems to have experience in dealing with guest service issues due to how he handled mine. I've always thought it's not the quantity of employees it's the quality.”

“Met with Derek and he was really friendly and welcoming. He showed me around the place and they have some really great equipment with a focus on Strength and Conditioning some notables were lots of combo racks for bench/squatting. Tons of specialty bars, a solid selection of machines to hit each body part and also a pendulum squat. Can't wait to start using this gym when I move closer.”
