“I don't usually share what I feel about the gym I was member of the planet fitness in Garland Duck Creek for 5 years and have no problems with the gym or the people excellent gym until this girl came up to me and told me to stop staring following and sending messages to her I'll admit it was my fault she said she went to gym management and told the situation to them however the girl started bothering me first in February 2025 I was working out and she was staring at me a lot from a distance smile wave at her she wave back got close to me working out kept staring and I remember she touch my arm after said your working out hard to me I don't know if she told my side of the story to staff management and in anyways it don't matter anymore because in this situation the staff won't believe my side of the story they believe the girl because of woman's rights I forgot to say this when I post this anyways the point is after she said that I don't feel comfortable working out at that gym local club because I feel like I am going to make her uncomfortable and she feel harrased by me and that's not my intention I go to have a good workout I move to the rowlett club in planet fitness maybe I have a better workout experience there.”

“I love the facility and working out at LA Fitness in Garland. The entrance desk staff is exceptional. I am however uncomfortable with the video recording of a person who appears to video himself during early morning workout. How much of the background is being recorded, I don’t know. I find myself getting away from the area which disrupts my workout and causes anxiety of accidentally recording my workout and my privacy is not being considered. I don’t want this showing my name”

“Chyna was a wonderful help in getting my account cancelled with no fuss once I had moved. Had heard a lot of stories about difficulty getting stuff done once it was time to terminate, and therefore was my biggest concern. And the reason it was my main concern is because nothing else here was of too much concern. The staff does a good job of maintaining the machines (they just recently upgraded as well), and addressing issues that come about. This place has a great community and great atmosphere, and I would feel safe recommending people to try this place out!”
