“I bought a TORO chainsaw from the center, after a few cuts the saw stopped. I called the center and after a day Alonso called me back and diagnosed the issue. I sent the battery and charger for further diagnosis .Alonso founf battery was faulty and sent out another one.even after 30 days from purchase they solved the problem without sending me to the wilderness of manufacture warranty. “I love BT FURNISHING and hate that they are going out of business being that I have bought furniture here in the past. All though they’re going out of business it’s a plus for me because I get to purchase luxury furniture at an unbelievable discounted price. It was a pleasure to work with Dave. He showed me quite a few sofa & loveseat sets without rushing me while I decided on which one I wanted to buy. If they weren’t going out of business I wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends and family to the location here in Garland.”
