“Ross is a great place if you like cheap stuff and savager hunts. The store is pretty big and clean. They have a big parking lot so you’ll never struggle to find a parking spot but one downside is that the lights at the parking lot don’t turn on at night. The store is clean but very unorganized, but if you look pass the unorganized items and the clothes on the ground you can find some great stuff for half the price.”
“Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable during our visit to the Plano location. He never hovered yet was always readily available whenever we had a question. He ensured that we felt comfortable and never pressured us. He was respectful of our space as well as a comforting presence. When it came time to purchasing, he was very thorough in explanations and breakdowns of all the price points so whenever it came to the total after all the taxes and fees, we didn't feel duped.
