“Was recommended to go to Sam's Fine Jewelry by a coworker to get some repairs done to 2 of my rings and a necklace. I wish I took before and after pictures! Repairs were done very fast and the rings looked like brand new rings! At the same time I ended up buying another ring to wear for work (that's how I damaged the other rings, I work with my hands), custom made and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with it. Staff was super helpful and kind which makes all the difference in the experience. Did not feel pressured, rushed or like a sales process. Informed me of different options and styles. Highly recommend, and will be telling my family and friends to come here as well.”

“Family owned business since 1970's. Don't prejudge the area or appearance. Dorthy (owner) and Son have kept overhead costs down but provide gorgeous, classic, and unique platinum, 14 carot, 10 carot gold, and 925 silver. She also has famous name brand jewelry as well as fun and unique costume designs for all ages. Beautiful jewelry is not the only surprise. She carries a large stock of mens and women's perfumes and cologne that are current and popular as well as classic fragrances. If she doesn't have it, she will order it for you. There are misc antiques and modern home items, watches, and purses throughout her humble boutique. I promise you will not be disappointed. Customer service is still a priority here as well as long time, loyal customers who develop into lasting friendships throughout the generations. I can say this because I am a 2nd generation customer who has known her and frequented her shop as a young child with my mother and grandmother. She is the best, visit her before any other place, ask questions, and tap into her lifetime of knowledge, experience, honesty, and kindness. You may leave a better person than when you entered!”

“Daniel did an excellent job on resizing my diamond band, which other jewelers refused to do. I literally visited few local jewelers in my area and they all told me they cant go down that much on this type of ring. Im not familiar with Garland area and Im so glad that I found his business using google and reviews. His skill is awesome and price is very reasonable. From my personal experience, I highly recommend this place for jewelry repair.”

“First time visit to Big D Coin shop. It was a pleasure to do business with Darrel. I had some old and foreign currency and he gave me a fair price for all. I had a bunch of $2 bills, $1 Ike’s and half dollars. Darrel was patient with me as we counted everything out. I used all the cash to buy silver coins. He had really good prices on his bullion.
