“This store has a great selection for youth and adults, so much to choose from. We went during their sales event where items were greatly discounted. The sales associate Ashley was super helpful, she assisted with sizes, different style jeans and also placed an online order for us. “I ordered a hat from Resistol to wear to an event I had coming up. It came in not true to size, so I picked up the phone and called Ryan in customer service. He confirmed that, while rare, it can happen. He had the production manager personally confirm that the replacement hat was true to size, he packaged it up and shipped it to me overnight. That, ladies and gentlemen, is why you buy from American companies. Customer service like that is rare.”

“My mom recently passed away & she had some clothes with tags still on from Macy’s. Visited this location to try to see if any of the items were returnable. The first employee in customer service that first assisted me, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was completely unhelpful & unwilling to simply scan the labels to check for me. The manager, Kaden, stepped in & took the time to scan all the items & accept some of the items. He was very patient & kind & I really appreciated his assistance.”
“I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share the excellent service I received at this location. Jesus was fantastic in helping me decide the best option for the suit I was looking for. He clearly knows his stuff and answered all my questions with confidence. When I’m ready for a new black suit, I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for his help again! The rest of the staff was also very helpful and made the whole process easy.”
