Unfortunately they are so picky, and sizing is hard sometimes… so we left without a purchase that day.
I felt so bad, and wanted to at least leave a review for the magnificent customer service we received, i didn’t even know that kind of “nice” still existed in stores these days.

“Working in the mall, I had to place an online order for pick up because my feet were killing me in the shoes I had wore to work. Within minutes they pulled the order together for me and my feet were comfy and super cute again and for the rest of the day I was walking on air! “I wanted to give my opinion on this location. I believe there were only 2 employees working - but those 2 employees are worth their weight in gold. Absolutely great customer service. I am used to other stores where you are not greeted or helped at all. They have their system worked out like a military operation; it was just so smooth. Really commendable. I did not end up purchasing anything but honestly I will remember the treatment I got here and will return.”

“I was willing to leave a 1☆ based off my experience today with an employee until i spoke with a manager (Micah) whom I have had the pleasure of seeing and helping me when she was in the online order dept..she has always been nice e and informative. So, when she told me who she was I knew that my voice wouldn't go unheard.
I am not trying to have anyone loose their jobs I just think coaching and customer perception should be at the forefront with this employee..
It was a very bad experience considering I work in customer service and has been a manager for over 25 yrs I know what should be expected..we should always give benefits for any product we introduce to our customer and when someone say no it means just that..it comes off as being aggressive and "I need to meet my goal'...
