“This location is the best I’ve ever been to! Danny is the mechanic and does amazing work. Richard is also super helpful and anytime I go in for an oil change or any service he always tries to get me the best price. They are upfront about pricing and explain everything they will do before starting the work. I’ve been here multiple times for help with my car, and if I ever move, I would drive out of my way just to come back to this shop.”

“Super fast service. I got there 30m before closing and asked if I could get an inspection. They said no problem and within 10 min or less I was on the way home.
What stood out most to me was how nice everyone was. The whole interaction was amazing and unexpected. All 3 employees were so friendly and wished me a happy new year. I'll be back here for all my inspections and vehicles for sure!”

“I’ve always thought this company was overpriced but still use them because the short wait time justifies the price. In the middle of summer though- they’ve got to come down on their price. It’s just too hot to be sitting in the TX heat like that while getting the oil change for that price. Just 2 months of the year (June and July) they should have a discounted rate and they’d probably see a lot more business. The staff was great. I was impressed because they were very young, around the same age as my grown boys, and they were professional, polite and knew their job well. I actually felt bad for them having to work in that heat and they had a great attitude and were laughing with each other while working in it. If you can afford a pricey oil change, I’d recommend this location for good service.”

“I had an excellent experience at this location! The guys were REALLY nice that did my oil change. They made a suggestion for something I might need, but they weren’t pushy. Then they also asked about my windshield wipers which I did need replaced so it was nice that they let me know they needed to be replaced. I did have them do that and it was quick and easy. “These guys give small town care repair vibes without the big city price. Great lobby/amenities while you wait, they checked in with me every step of the way so I wasn't in the dark about my car repair. Quoted me an accurate price to get me on the road and also pointed out things that need to be fixed at some point. They didn't make me feel pressured to get the little things done but instead treated me like I was in charge of my repairs. Great place to deal with and I'd recommend to anyone. Got brakes and a total brake line flush done for right around $500”

“The employees were great did everything as quickly as possible!!! There was a line a couple times but when they only have so many spaces and so many employees they can only do what they can do.besides the wait it was a breeze. The reps were great!!! Friendly, great knowledge of their jobs, stayed moving. Never did I see an employee just standing around or texting or talking on their phone with a lot of customers none of that.they are great at this location. Thanks again I appreciate yall”

“I had a bad experience with Felicia, who was unprofessional, uncaring, and short tempered, visibly losing her cool when dealing with a frustration. However, I had great experiences with many of the other staff, including the head manager Stephen, who was professional and worked hard to set things right. Because many of the other staff seemed good, especially the head manager who is one of the most important staff, I still give them 5 stars.”
