“Advertising $19.00 a month changes on false advertisement. Poor lighting such as not supplying bulbs for storage lights is low quality professionalism. Not answering office phones creates problems in conducting fair business. But Auther the Garland manager is a fine man. And was more that helpfull and accomadating. “I have been renting a storage unit here since 2019 and have been completely satisfied with my experience. I moved my belongings to here from a different storage company and while there was nothing wrong with that place, I like this one so much better. My storage unit at Apollo Storage is 11 square feet larger than the unit I was renting at the old place, but I am paying $20 less for it per month. Ann has always provided top notch customer service, she is incredibly nice and accommodating and is easy to reach if you need help with anything. Any time I've needed to contact her she has always answered or called back right away and never made me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. I have always been happy with this storage facility, the price I'm paying is really reasonable and I feel like I can trust that my things are safe being stored here.”
