“Great location. I set up a space online not realizing my location was not climate controlled, so they found me this place. It's new to Public Storage, so got a great rate and first floor unit. Upon arrival, even though it was first floor, my unit was in the back past plenty of vacant spaces. So I found the manager on duty, Judy, who helped me find one just inside the door! Great customer service, clean unit and other then the garage entrance out back, really convenient and reasonably priced. Right off George Bush so easy to get to too.”

“The manager at the Orange location, Analis, is wonderful. It took a long time to get my U-boxes, and let's face it, moving sucks in general, but she was pleasant, she made sure we were doing ok with a phone call a few hours later, and offered to pick them up at no charge. The rest of the staff was a little dim, but she was great. Definitely work with her if you need to move.”
