I want to highlight the exceptional service I received at this FedEx location, especially from Kwaku Fordjour at the front desk. Kwaku genuinely went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced-not just at FedEx, but anywhere.
After hours, when most people would be heading home, Kwaku personally called me to make sure I had the opportunity to pick up my important package. He explained how I could still get my package even after the doors were locked, and waited to ensure everything went smoothly for me. That level of dedication and personal follow-through is incredibly rare.
It’s clear that Kwaku treats every customer like they matter, not just as another stop in the day. Thanks to him, I felt like a true VIP. The pride and care he brings to his job reflect extremely well on FedEx and on this facility’s management. If there is a special FedEx customer program or loyalty initiative, I would love to be considered- I will absolutely be telling friends and colleagues to use this location.
If every FedEx employee brought this kind of commitment and attention to detail, the company would set the gold standard for customer service, hands down. Management should be extremely proud of Kwaku Fordjour and the outstanding customer-first culture he represents.
