“Superior customer service at the Richardson, TX location. I walked away visibly displeased with the packaging service the store clerk provided. He evidently noticed it, informed his manager, and she called me to discuss the issue. Basically, I had prepared two different packages to be mailed to the same address. The clerk said it would be less expensive to have him put them both in one box and ship them together. I hesitantly agreed because the store was extremely busy ( Christmas time.). The total came out to be $73…way more than what I expected, hence my immediate displeasure. Not wanting to hold folks up, I paid passively disgruntled and departed. About a half hour later the manager called, apologized, and stated it would’ve been less expensive to ship the packages separately. She refunded me the difference. How many clerks would recognize the situation, inform their boss, and then the boss goes above and beyond to resolve the concern? Few and far between. UPS has earned my continued patronage. Well done!!”

“For reasons known only to them, Spectrum sent us a new cable box we neither needed nor requested. Assuming it was a required upgrade we swapped the boxes and then I took the box to the Spectrum store on my first day off.After a bit of delay the person at the Spectrum store unhelpfully told me they wouldn't take the box back because it was "active" but that I could take it to a UPS store. That didn't make sense so I went home and called their tech support, they confirmed some stores have opted out of receiving return equipment and told me to go to a UPS store or mail the cable box back.I was pretty frustrated when I went to this UPS store, but the folks here were so friendly and professional it almost made the redirection worth it. Seriously, I've had a truly execrable day and the ease and speed with which my issue was resolved improved it tremendously. The lady helping me was very patient and answered all my d*** questions so well that I felt well and truly taken care of.During my brief visit I observed her coworker working very hard to accommodate other customers, it was so refreshing to go to a retail location where everyone seemed to be working together to take care of customers. I am going to find excuses to use their services in the future because they were so pleasant and helpful at this location.”

“I was scrambling to find a UPS that was open to send a present I had procrastinated on sending, but luckily I found this one that was still open til 7pm. I was worried about the shipping schedule and prices, considering that I wanted the present sent by the end of the week. When I came in, I asked if I could get an estimate using an envelope they had that would fit. Lisa had greeted me very genuinely when I first came in, and she was the one that said yes, she would be happy to do that. While getting that done, Lisa humored me by asking questions and listening to my unhinged stories, and she even asked to see my art. I’ve worked in intensive retail & customer service for a long time before, and even though I’m in a different career field, I still notice and acknowledge excellent customer service and genuine, friendly people in general. Lisa let me know the shipping prices and schedules, and advised on the best time to send it my package for the date I wanted. Everyone at this location at 2/13/2024 right before close is amazing, but I’m really grateful I had my interaction with Lisa in particular.”

“This Fed Ex store offers superior customer service. Every time I have been in there, the employees have been extremely helpful. Yesterday when I was having an issue printing out a job with a certain font, the young lady helping me asked another employee how to fix it and was told to have me save it as a PDF. Problem solved. I went to another store closer to home in Addison today to finish it up and received just horrible customer service. I'll only go to the Coit location from now on.”
