“I visit this location often and I have never in my life loved a UPS store more than this one!!!! I won’t go to the other location off Campbell, even if I am closer to it when running errands. Cheryl and her team are one in a million. They are FAST… efficient.. and so likable. Cheryl will even hold my baby while I’m unloading packages from the car. She has been my favorite UPS owner/operator since 2018. Her family and staff are also the absolute best. Don’t waste your time going to any other UPS… you should go out of your way to come to this location!!!!!!”
“Went in near close when Krish was working solo; of course traffic got heavy. He kept a level head & handled pressure well even when I had some QR code mixup issues, nor did he make me feel bad about it. Exquisite service. 10/10.”
“Dont review often, so its my first. First off, Wonderful location! Stopped by for a quick return and a gentleman by the name of Jerome helped me out. He was so patient and kind (smelled good too), when I had questions about how shipping works... as I never had to ship something before. When I looked over the other reviews some of them seemed a little entitled... so dont trust everything you see. If I'm ever back in this area for a return or shipping, I'm going here!”

“I've been to a bunch of UPS stores, and it's always a mixed bag. But this place is the best! Everyone's super friendly, especially Manu – he was really helpful and patient with all the details. I came almost when the store was about to close, but Manu still stayed patiently and helped me with my shipping labels.”
“I was in a big rush to drop off a UPS envelope with critical documents I hand signed for my financial advisor, and he needed them ASAP. I looked online at the hours for UPS stores and drop off sites, and they were all closed for the day, except for this location which was not only still open, but was close by. I went to this drop off location, and a staff member saw me with the UPS envelope and he confirmed things by asking if I was dropping off. VERY GOOD BUISINESS ETIQUETTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. He then walked me through the process in a professional manner like a well trained salesperson. My whole day was made into a great day from this great experience.”
“I've been here 2 times and been helped by the same guy (going off another review that gave him 1 star ? I think it's Chris. Older white dude). Both times he was super nice and helpful to me and the other guest. Took care of everything quickly and made sure everything was good to go. The other gentleman in the store did not know English but the guy was very patient with him nonetheless and used a translator. A+ customer service.”
“I was in a bind with an urgent need for a large banner for a charity event. I had ordered from another well-known printing chain, but found out at 4 PM on a Thursday that they weren't able to complete it. My event was at 7 AM the next morning, so I started calling every printshop nearby to beg for help and luckily a nice lady at this location picked up. I could tell she was very busy with coworkers asking questions and phones ringing in the background, but she went out of her way to call other FedEx locations and connect me with one that had the right equipment and materials in stock.
I immediately forgot her name so I can't give the proper credit, but thank you for connecting me with Flo at the US-75 location and saving my event!!!”
“I have always had a good experience at this FedEx location, mainly because the staff are knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and really go above and beyond. Most recently was the morning of 9/8/26, I had to ship an awkwardly sized package and was so thankful for the help I received. Highly recommend this location- great service, clean store, friendly and professional help!”
