“Called in to check availability, Teresa answered promptly and got me the info I needed in minutes, maybe even seconds. Quoted me 20 min but Jasiel had it done in 15. Was given new and used tire options. Got 2x Michelin tires used with above average tread (they were even the same model! If you buy used tires then you know how great that is). 10/10 will be returning and recommending. Very pleased with the entire experience. QT and 2x Taqueria’s across the street too so if they are a bit busy you’ve got good tacos and a cool place to grab a drink within walking distance. Buying used tires doesn’t get much better than this.”

The second time coming here for oil change and inspection
This time, had to wait about 10 minutes, he was in a conference with a customer about tires and getting an alignment afterwards (Joe told them exactly where to go for best quality and price locally for alignment)
Many times, employees asked if I needed help, I repeated that I was told to just ask for Joe, and they smiled and pointed at the room. I could hear he was currently with someone else
Less than an hour, I had an oil change, state inspection, and swapped 4 wheels from 18" to 20"

“Rich Machado is the most honest mechanic on Earth. We take both our cars to him and always leave amazed. His prices make the Subaru dealership look like a prank. When my wife’s check engine light came on, it was just a sensor. He told the truth, fixed it, and charged almost nothing.
Also, Rich is jacked. Like, shockingly fit for a man who fixes cars all day. Handsome too, but I won’t get into that.
I would trust this man with my life. I might name my firstborn after him. Boy or girl. Five stars forever.”

“First stopped at another alignment shop who couldn't fit me in. I called Mo and he said come right now and I'll get you in. He ended up spending half the day on my truck and making a lot of adjustments and even had to replace a part, which he had delivered within 15 minutes of making the call. My tires were almost completely bald and very unstable in the rain. Mo went over everything with me and now my truck drives perfect.. he did it right and wouldn't stop until it was right. He treated my truck as if it was his own. I'll never go anywhere else.”
