People here seem genuine and friendly. I have meant some seniors that want to engage, and take a minute to be KIND.
The property mgr. Camille is on point with assisting everyone and Madison is a trooper. Freddy handles maintenance but overall a Fabulous place to call HOME!
I would recommend San Gabriel to everyone who enjoys a pet friendly environment and country goodness at heart.

“Living at Two Rivers for the past year has been wonderful. Our apartment looks out over a beautiful tree-lined park—it literally feels like living in a quiet forest retreat. Our balcony with the ceiling fan is our favorite spot for dinner and wine, and the apartment itself is so well-insulated that we never hear neighbor noise.

The maintenance team (shoutout to Ray and the crew!) is outstanding—fast, friendly, and extremely professional. The amenities are top-tier as well: the pools, hot spa, and sauna are fantastic, the gym is clean and well-kept, and renting a garage has saved our car from the heat and hail. On top of all that, you're walking distance to downtown Georgetown with quick access to I-35 and shopping. 10/10 recommend!”
