“When we decided to have crawl style wedding reception we knew we needed to include Outlaws and Gypsies, and it couldn’t have gone better. Our guests and our guest book were handled with a level of care that showed just how much they really care about Georgetown and their customers.
Everyone was easy to work with from start to finish. They were responsive and flexible. That made a huge difference in keeping things on track during a very busy day.

“I had an excellent customer service experience at this cute boutique on the square last week. There was an event for women going on that evening and the whole store was PACKED. I did not expect to be helped right away. There were two ladies behind the counter and one of them immediately honed in on me and offered help. I was only there to buy a gift card, which she beautifully wrapped and handled quickly. Then I asked what she might suggest as a small gift and she walked me to a different area on the other side and recommended these cute bracelets. I loved them so much for my sister in law that I also got one for myself and already want to go back for another. (Next time I will probably buy a dress too lol.)
I came here to leave a review and saw a few negative reviews some time ago. I am here to say that the store runners took that feedback to heart and have greatly improved their customer service experience. They have always had beautiful clothes and have a great reputation for quality. But they also have the customer service to boot! I will definitely be back!”
