“Today was the first day that I ever shopped at Journeys. I didn't even know that it was a shoe store until I walked inside. It didn't have the old lady vibe of Payless, or the locker room vibe of Footlocker or Finish Line. Sparkles, the sales associate, gave me a quick little tour and helped me pick out some Pumas. The prices were super reasonable. I'll definitely be back for more merchandise.”

“I really like this store. There is a male and female side, and both have a variety of casual, work, and even some evening clothing. My favorite item I've ever found is a sexy black dress!The service here is solid. I've always found the employees to not only be helpful, but they are also willing to give honest feedback when I try on clothes. I should note they typically wear the clothes too, so you can see how they look.As to the company, I can say the quality of the clothing is good. They hold up well to multiple washes and trips to the dry cleaners. There's also a free rewards program worth signing up for. You earn store cash--and there's no limitation on how much you can redeem at one time.”

That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. “I came here with my daughter shopping for a dress last minute... She requested I bring her tia (aunt/my sister-n-law) since my wife had to work on the day we came.The service here is quiet and great when you do need assistance. They greet you as you walk into the store. They let you shop in confidence and don't follow you around while you are shopping.They have a great selection to choose from. It all depends on your choice, occasion, and fashion.They do limit the amount of garments you are able to try on in their fitting rooms. They even have some seats in there if you are a guardian or parent of a child to sit and wait for them. Since I am a male, I just stood outside the dressing room and my sister-n-law would show me what her outfits looked like as my daughter tried each one on.Quite honestly, I was impressed with my daughter's shopping skills. We were in and out of this store in less than an hour. LOLAt the end, when my daughter was ready, I was shocked at the value of clothing we bought. We only spent $68, I was expecting to spend at least $100 or more.I would recommend shopping here if you are ever in need of new clothing.”
“I typically avoid Burlington like the plague. It’s usually a mess, service sucks, takes forever, and the merchandise is sub-par compared to the other discounters. I needed something specific today and went to three locations. 1 was ok, 1 was awful, and this one was great. It’s the only one of the three I would return to - and I found just what I was looking for. Store was well-kept, good merchandise, and the registers were well-run so it didn’t take forever to pay. For some reason the shoppers here tend to take to much stuff to the register, hem and haw, ask a bunch of questions and be confused - which makes buying something quickly out of the question. There was only one checker when I got in line. The customer proceeded to do all of that and the checker loudly said she needed to decide what to do because she had a line - basically keep it moving - in a nice way. Checker also immediately called for backup when the line formed, which promptly showed up. Also clean, new and well lit. Good experience. Apparently shopping at a Burlington for discounts doesn’t have to be painful!”
“Mgr. Dorotheo Morales did an amazing job with this store(1305) . He has tidied up this store and always welcomes customers. There are no more clothes and items all over the floor and very organized now. When customers walk in, they are greeted and very helpful. I have shopped other Rosses and discount stores and their name brand items are a very good deal here. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“Went into francesca’s just to look around and ended up scoring some deals on a few cute tops! I'm writing this review because service was stellar! Shelby was so friendly and helpful and I was very impressed with the level of service she was providing to each customer. I observed her learning customer's names, asking about their plans for the evening, how she could help them, etc.... That's typical retail sales stuff but Shelby was so genuine! She offered to get me a dressing room started and wrote a nice message on the mirror for me, that was a sweet touch. She honestly made me feel so valued as a customer. Bonus, I always appreciate shopping in a clean and organized store and this location was spotless and very well taken care of.I learned Shelby was a manager at the store (no surprise by her work ethic, service, and hustle).
