“I just wanted to say the interaction with all the stuff and help they assisted me with was amazing. Finding good denim jeans with the details I want has always been an issue but I walked in and they helped no questions asked. And I wanted to shout out to Kanleigh(I believe?) she was so easy going and found me jeans that I didn’t even know existed. Will for sure be going back for jeans and shorts from now on!!”
“Went to this location looking for masks. Yes mask ? and the store had just opened.
Soon as I walked in Lori greeted me and asked if I needed help. Immediately o said yes, because this was not a “cruise shopping trip”. Told her I was looking for
masks and she walked me to the bin and I noticed they only had one color - all blacks. She offers to go to the back stockroom to look for more prints. She came back with additional colors - I ended up purchasing one of each she found and two packs of black masks. Lori was happy, helpful, attentive and offered to search for more.

Location is in a good shopping area, ample parking. Store was manageable and racks were not over stuffed like many old navy stores.”

“I like ross stores. This Branch has not a lot of stuff but it is still good ?
I didn't find a lot of boys set clothes size 8. Also I didn't find sketchers shoes for girls size 13. But I find sandles for girls size 13 a lot and my little one choose one from them”
“Mary is PHENOMENAL! She was super friendly and patient with all of my needs. The store itself has THE BEST lay out of any Windsor I've ever been to making it easy to maneuver through the store with ease. Even with multiple customers in the store it did not feel crowded like other ones. LOVE this location!”

“Ross is one of my favorite places to shop when I’m looking for great deals, and this location absolutely delivers. Every time I stop by, I walk out with something unexpected—in the best way possible! The store is well-organized (for a discount store), and the variety is unbeatable. Whether it’s name-brand clothes, cute home décor, kitchen gadgets, or random but useful finds—I always feel like I’m getting more for my money. The prices are seriously hard to beat, and it feels good knowing you’re scoring the same brands for way less. The fitting rooms are clean and usually open, which makes trying things on easy. Staff are helpful when needed and do a great job keeping the store moving, especially at checkout. It’s not a fancy store, but it doesn’t have to be—it’s about value and fun treasure hunting. If you love deals, variety, and a little bit of surprise in your shopping trip, this Ross is a total win. Five stars for quality deals and that thrill of finding something amazing for cheap!”

“I love this sale! I’ve been going since I was pregnant with my son and he will be 10 this year. I buy 98% of his clothes for each season at the fall/spring sales. I love getting so much for my money and feeling good about the sustainability of consignment - my son loves it too because he gets unique items that not everyone is wearing from Target. Every sale I come home with a literal trash bag of finds - my son feels like it’s Christmas when he goes through everything. I’ve also found great toys and books over the years. I have sold items at this sale before and it’s very organized and easy to do! These ladies do an awesome job with this and I tell all my friends.”

He was a young gentleman with curly dark hair, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout my visit. He did an amazing job multitasking without losing his calm or friendliness, even when someone interrupted him while he was assisting me. Found these super cute earrings for New Year Eve and a present for a friend.I was greeted by one of the gals as soon as I walked in. They asked if I was looking for anything special. I told her I was looking for a gift and when I checked out they asked if I needed a gift receipt and the gift bag put in a bag. I didn’t need to ask!I am putting this boutique on my list of places to shop at in the future.”

“The staff was unattentive, seemed like they really didn't want to be there, and didn't do anything (check us out or get us a fitting room) without being flagged down. That said, the prices and selection of things here always makes me happy. I get my favorite, cute, comfortable jean shorts and summer dresses here. This time, they also surprised me with a big seasonal sale, fuzzy wolf ear hats, and soft light jackets + sweaters.”

She made sure I received the correct refund for every item and turned what could have been a very tedious process into something quick and stress-free. “I had a great experience, I went to look for a dress at the last minute after going to many stores, this was where I found a variety in my size, I am an L or XL. Look, I had up to a size 4XL and many stores do not carry that size and that was something that made me happy. The girl who was serving was pleased, she was helping a fifteen-year-old and she still took the time to help me measure my dress. Honestly, I will go again. I highly recommend it! Excellent service and another thing I liked was that even if you don't have an appointment, they attend to you and don't charge you for measuring your dresses.”
“Nice Clothes here, and the staff was awesome and very helpful. Most of these clothes were not my style though, but I did find some shorts that were great for the summer. But this place had a ton and wide variety of shirts, womens wear, Jeans, Tshirts, plaid and polo button shirts.”

“We were in tonight on 12/30/25 in the last hour of business I believe. The young man who checked us out was so great. Very kind, attentive and took great care with everyone he helped. We were in line behind 2 or 3 customers and the care he gave was rare for these days. He was also patient explaining sales etc. He deserves a raise or promotion in my opinion. Great customer care. I also love my new skirt and gyoza/dumpling dish purchased. Thanks!”
