Just started new service at first of 2026. Billing has been a disaster from the start and bill changes every month. Called recently to fix and customer service spent entire time trying to sell me new services. So far, I would rate this company zero out of 5.

I’ve used Frontier for five years now… It was a little rocky at first, but I haven’t had any big problems. It goes down every now and then, but they figure it out hang in there. I hear the other internets services here in Georgetown are awful. no modern technologies are 100%.

I have had Frontier internet service for years. Have frequent problems with loss internet service in Sun City, Georgetown, Tx. Trying to get customer service is very difficult. Outage service can last 4 days. Frustrating. Now raising acct by $10.00 on their statement.
