“Decent & honest. I went in for what I expected to be an expensive repair. I had been quoted $150 somewhere else for a cracked lens on my iPhone 14. At iLabs he popped off the lens protective cover and showed me that was all that was damaged. The lens itself was still good. It took him very little time and he wouldn’t charge me. But there was no way I was walking out of there without paying him something. Like I said I had been quoted $150 elsewhere. Totally grateful for his honesty I tipped him generously. Thank you. “The hours posted online didn’t match the hours posted online. HOWEVER, I was able to connect with the individual running the store and when I approached the store from the hours were there along with a phone number to call. So if I had investigated further I would not have been as confused. That being said…I was still able to srop my son’s iPad off and get it back completely fixed the same day. I am absolutely going to use them again despite the website confusion. They do good work and are available.”
