“The hours posted online didn’t match the hours posted online. HOWEVER, I was able to connect with the individual running the store and when I approached the store from the hours were there along with a phone number to call. So if I had investigated further I would not have been as confused. That being said…I was still able to srop my son’s iPad off and get it back completely fixed the same day. I am absolutely going to use them again despite the website confusion. They do good work and are available.”

“My 2k$ Phone was smashed beyond repair. Not a cracked screen. I mean smash by a fork lift. It had over 450 GB of files of my Family and small Business. Noone would would touch it. I called and talked to Scott and we came up with a solution to try. A few days later, He calls me and tells my phone is fixed. I was speechless. I was told by countless others that it was not fixable. However it made noises and alerts along with my morning alarm... I knew it had life and ILabs/Scott put a low quality new screen and Frankensteined it back together. I am able to get my memories and Business contacts back along with other files I thought were gone forever. I do not use Cloud Services. I buy phones with large storage. This was the best costumer service and experience I've had in a long time. I am quite speechless he was able to fix it.. It was smashed.”

“Richard is the GOAT!!!! My mom had a stroke about 4 weeks ago, and I’ve been struggling to get help with access to her phone for her finances and various accounts. I came into the store to transfer billing responsibility, and he was able to provide information on how to do this easily online at home with my family. Richard also helped me get into an older phone of hers that I couldn’t access at all in order to assist with additional needs with his technical expertise. 😭‼ He was super kind and so helpful and he saved me probably $1500 in flights and lost time because I was on the brink of having to go back-and-forth between Austin and Las Vegas yet again to try and resolve these technical issues, stretching my budget and PTO to the max at work while helping my family. 👏 I would give this particular store and Richard 100 out of 10 stars. 🌟 I will be an AT&T customer for Life! Thank you for helping me and my mom! 😭🙏”
