They were happy to help even though I just needed a small amount of rocks., I looked around and saw an awesome variety of stones and rocks and boulders of all kinds and they were quite happy to answer any questions. “I already LOVE this lowes, and have spent a ton of money here. Today I went to see if I could be lucky and win the 1 in 50 chance at 2k for appliances. Could not be happier i went out there this morning and am looking forward to getting my new dishwasher and fridge delivered. So damn happy!!!”

“I called 1st to verify they had the item I needed, I spoke w'a Gentleman named Vern, he was very good, knowledgeable, a good listener & he even asked me if I wanted to hold while he verified the item was in fact in the store. GREAT JOB!! Then he kindly gave me easy directions to the store from where I was camping from, EXCELLENT JOB not being too busy or impatient to suggest I Google it or use a Map App.
The store was right where his directions took me, easy to enter the parking lot in my Motorhome w'tow vehicle & the Cashiers were busy inside a big warehouse store but didn't wait long for one to ask how she could help me. She retrieved the product & assisted me at the self check out register & I was done & nicely taken care of.”

“There's plenty of places to do home shopping. I'm lucky that the closest most convenient location happens to always be full of the friendliest staff. Today I met Maurice Clark in the door handle section who helped me get me items as we chatted about our love for music. And Edith who helped me check out who taught me how upcs line up with the item number on the receipt as we confirmed our smart lock. It's the little things, when employees take it just the right amount of slow, that makes a place a return destination. This location has it down pact. I can even remember Scott's name from a week ago who helped me in the tools department, and gave me a water bottle from the employee fridge because I was dripping sweat. (Granted he's been helping me for 2 years now and always a pleasure.) Sorry - last name drop. Guiellermo who politely smiled when he saw I bit off more than I could chew but still helped me get the fork in my mouth :) Even the kids who helped me load my truck - scrappy go getters. I'll continue to do my shopping here simply because when I come I walk into a place of people who are just as excited as I am to try and build some cool stuff for my house.”

“Love coming here. It is a beautiful and peaceful experience. The plants may cost more than at HEB but they are very healthy. I have been coming here for 6 years now and lost only one plant. (My fault) Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I have also purchased several pots here.”
