Randalls is a local grocery store located at 5721 Williams Dr, Georgetown, TX, offering a variety of shopping options and services. The store is known for its clean and bright environment, with friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the wide selection of produce, bakery items such as birthday cakes and cupcakes, and a deli that provides party trays, platters, and an Order Ahead service for convenient pickups. The butcher block features a variety of meat and seafood, including sushi trays, while the bakery offers unique items like walnut fudge, although some find the quality and availability inconsistent. The store also has a Starbucks for a quick break during shopping.
Randalls provides additional services such as pharmacy support, including immunizations and prescription refills, and grocery delivery or DriveUp & Go™ options. However, some shoppers have experienced issues like being charged for items not placed in their bags or encountering unprofessional behavior at the checkout. Prices are considered high compared to other local stores, and some customers have noted that staff sometimes appear unhappy. Despite these concerns, many still shop at Randalls for its convenience, selection, and cleanliness, making it a popular choice for grocery needs in the area.
