“I love to go to Natural Grocers and did visit the location at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown. I bought a few items on sale. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the young girl named Olivia at the register. She was snippy with me about a price check and when I thanked her for the small box she gave me, she never responded. She was pretty cold to me. This is not good customer service. It was disappointing because it has never happened before at the Cedar Park store I usually go to.”
“This is the BEST Aldi on the area. Clean and the friendliest staff. I love taking to Joshua at checkout. I’m a loyal Aldi fan and I love this location.”
“Oh, how I have missed HEB. Grew up in Georgetown, and this one is the one I went to when in elementary school. Then he moved to austin, and still HEB was my go-to spot. Came down for the weekend to see family and friends, and had to stop at HEB. We do not have them up north where I live now, and it is sad.”

Can you make a line or two designated for customers who bring all their own bags (insulated or not) and don't use the produce bags for fruits and veggies?
I had a cashier tell me today that it was slowing down his scanning because I don't put items freely in cart (I did have an extra bag to transfer and make it a bit more efficient), and they get evaluated based on their scan speed.
I know you have a large amount of customers daily and even more on weekends but the checkout process is so rushed that it is hard to catch mistakes. I had mistakes happened in two of my purchases last month, which resulted in me having to go back to get adjustments that could been caught prior to paying. I live 40 minutes away so how my items are packed and loaded in this Texas heat matters to me and I get anxious at the annoyed looks that I sometimes get from people who don't partake to the no plastic bag system.

“Typical Randalls. Limited selection. Didn't have pumpernickel bread like others, though. Bought walnut fudge from bakery. Worst fudge I ever had. Looked at ingredients. Doesn't even have butter in it. Terrible. Only go here for quick trips but glad it's here.”
“I really like Targét (is that how we spell Tar-jay?). It is massive, clean and has a little of everything.To that point, this Super Targét isn't the supermarket size grocery store their Wally World competitors are. No deli or bakery. But they have a good spot of fresh fruits and vegetables, canned goods, frozen items, beverages etc.Their clothing selection is massive. The hardware area is not as large as their furniture and appliance selection. But all are tidy, well-stocked and competitively priced. It is a well executed Targét! So, why four stars? It's logistics.I and every other human buys food more than clothing. Yet there is only one entrance to the store...if you want to hike past clothes, cosmetics, gift cards, kitchen appliances, pharmaceuticals and school supplies to get your tomatoes you're good. But if you weren't up to a mile long to-and-from grocery buy you'll be at the two-entranced Wally World, HEB, Randall's, et al.”
“This location was open when everyone else was closed. The clerk who came all the way from Liberty Hill was kind enough to let us in at 7:45 ish when she was trying to close down just so we could get some groceries for the next few days. Thank you thank you ??”
“This place is giving away a truck in a beautiful gold color and i’ve never seen anything like that from a market. They had a variety of most delicious bakery items and they were freshly baked and the ones i got tasted amazing (my personal favorite were the conchas). The entire store had a lot of authentic mexicain cuisine so if you’re trying to make a recipe, grab some hot chocolate, or just trying to find something to eat I definitely recommend stopping by here. Such a hidden gem in my opinion i’ll definitely be coming back.”
“I've been to CMG several time over the last 5 months during peak rush hour times and the after noon lull - the staff has always been so gracious and pleasant. Their food is delicious and I have yet to order something I did not like. 5 stars! The one bad thing is one time their Big Red was a little flat. But not a deal breaker!”

“H-E-B Pharmacy on University Ave is the rare pharmacy where you go in expecting a routine errand and leave thinking, that was surprisingly pleasant. The staff are friendly, efficient, and actually take the time to answer questions without making you feel like you are holding up a production line. It is one of those places that makes adult life a little easier, where you can pick up what you need, maybe grab a few groceries, and feel like you accomplished something responsible for the day!”
