“Weird but decent experience overall.
Weird because midweek *Thursday* no live agent on the property for Q&A. However, despite the key access sensors not working to its peak ... both the main gate and the lockers sliding doors the property is well taken care of and organized.”

From the very first phone call, my experience with Extra Space Storage has been nothing short of exceptional. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Bobby, who was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also incredibly personable. He listened intently as I shared the details of my storage needs (probably oversharing a bit, to be honest!), and he responded with both professionalism and warmth. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me narrow down the perfect unit size based on my situation.
What really stood out was how natural and human the interaction felt — Bobby shared relatable bits of his own life, making the conversation feel more like catching up with a friend than a customer service call. By the end of our conversation, I didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else — Bobby was the reason I chose Extra Space Storage without hesitation. I even asked to leave feedback right away because service like his deserves to be recognized.
And it didn’t stop there.
Moments after our call ended, I received a follow-up call from Ms. Gina, the on-site manager at my storage location. She greeted me with such warmth and hospitality, walking me through the facility’s hours, accessibility, and what to expect. Her kindness and genuine care made me feel like my belongings would be safe and well looked after — almost like they were being stored under the care of family.
While I haven’t officially moved in yet, I already feel confident and grateful knowing that my items will be in such good hands. Thank you, Bobby and Ms. Gina, for turning what could have been a stressful process into a smooth, reassuring, and even uplifting experience.

“I needed storage really fast. I reserved my unit in less than 10 minutes. Tyler called me almost immediately and scheduled a time for me to view and contract my the unit I wanted. The whole process took less than an hour start to finish. It was hot, but Tyler never complained about ALL of interruptions as I get things settled in my unit. He even helped me with the latch that was sticking a little and made it hard to close. Tyler always helped and always with a smile. Thanks Tyler. You're awesome!!!!!”

She then found an available larger unit and processed the transfer paperwork, which was wonderful because it's the size we originally wanted back in 2022 (with the previous owners). They have this cool thing where you can just text from your phone to have the gates open, no need to worry about the code should you forget it. The communication is top tier as they give you plenty of notice on upcoming payments. I HIGHLY recommend using them.”
“I’ve been a tenant at this storage facility through two different ownerships, and the current owners have continued to demonstrate excellent management and care. They conduct consistent morning and nightly property checks to ensure all units remain secure, promptly contacting tenants if any concerns arise with their units and offering assistance as needed.
The property is well-monitored by security cameras and protected by iron fencing. Their flexibility with payment dates and commitment to timely communication set them apart—they never leave calls unanswered or delay responses. Overall, this is an outstanding storage company that prioritizes both security and customer service.”

Unfortunately the unit I was assigned was not available but I received a call to let me know and informed I would receive another unit. The unit was clean, I received a refund for charges for a lock because I provided my own. I am very pleased with the overall process, on-line experience, follow-up calls and the representative that was on site to make sure I had the access code and could get into the unit.
