“I'm a bit late in submitting my review, but I visited a couple of times prior to obtaining a storage on December 1, 2025. I'm always extra cautious where ALL things are concerned (lol), however, this was easy and smooth in getting things handled. The staff are friendly, and whenever I've called, dropped by, or emailed, they are right on time responding. Also, the gentleman made sure my storage spot was still clean before I moved anything in. My mom was with me when I secured the storage, and she had a conversation with Tammy, as she meets no strangers, and it was just a real down to earth exchange....friendly chatter. I've been nothing but pleased with the whole process. I love using the app to enter the area, accessing what I need online, and MOST of all, being able to speak with them when necessary, or as I said before, getting a quick response to my queries. Thanks for your kindness, because in this climate we are living in now, we all need to take care of each other in ALL aspects of human kindness/respect.
I know that was a lot to simply say, I'm very pleased with my experience.
