“Justin here to tell you about Cube Storage. This place has good prices for their storages and the staff is nice and friendly. Erica was a lot of help when it comes to the rules and how they run things here. I would use this place again if I had too. One thing I wish is have carts for people to use in the climate control units.”

“This a great place to keep your storage. I've been using them for around 10 years and have been extremely happy. Joe the manager has been the best! He's a really nice guy and always helpful to get any problems solved. He's always keeping on top of everything and he makes sure that things are clean and safe. You'll be happy you came here and its also locally owned.”
“Pleased with the customer service of Karen, she was very customer service oriented. Upon her departure, Mark R. was very helpful in rectifying accounting concerns.
The facility is currently experiencing changes in staff. Hopefully, Diane is very responsive in the interim.”
“RandieBeth was absolutely amazing. She is very personable, helpful and made us feel like a priority when it came to our needs. We started storing with Dallas Secure Storage And Warehouse in July and we needed a second unit recently. And just like the first one to add the second was easy riding. Whenever I called if I couldn’t get anyone right away, I would receive a call shortly after. Even if I didn’t leave a message, I will get a follow up call which was greatly appreciated. If you don’t require state of the art aesthetics and cooling, I would say this is a great place to store your possessions and have a great rental experience.”
“Just a note for J.B. Hunt loads if you are delivering doors (e.g. Steve and Sons) and your load information says GFS logistics it is wrong. It’s Boise Cascade on the same side but at the opposite end of building. Check in at suite 100 call the number on the door.”

“I’ve used a few storage facilities before, and Lancaster Storage is by far the best. The property is always well-maintained, and access is easy. We’ve been here over a year now and couldn’t imagine a better location for our storage needs. Rachel is always quick to respond and so helpful”
“The facility and staff at this location are top notch. Extremely friendly and helpful and so the location is very clean. We attend auctions here every month. They go above and beyond to make you smile and feel like your needs are met. Highly recommend this location for your storage and rental truck needs.”
