I met Jay when I bought a used car from him, but before I got home with it, the check engine light and brake lights came on. I called Jay, he immediately drove 15 miles with a car hauler and picked it up. He diligently diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and drove 15 miles again to deliver the car, at no cost to me. In an age of computers, automated phone systems, and virtually no true customer service, my experience with Jay has been reminiscent of the good ole days. Good folks! I highly recommend Jay's Auto!”

“Normally I avoid this store at all cost because of the employees. They make tou feel like your a hindrance or a problem when you walk in.
Well today I walk in and was instantly welcomed and greeted by Alejandro and then by a guy named Noah.
They made the place feel welcoming and actually assisted with a smile and positive energy I wish they would be day shift during week days.
I think that would help with the negative reviews, this is coming from a buisness owner who has a commercial account. Treating customers as actuall people and not a annoyance is a big jump.”

“I got here at 8am sharp on a Monday to attempt an oil change done in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't even start the oil change until 59
minutes later. It took all of an hour and 55 minutes to drain 6 quarts of oil and refill it. Totally unacceptable!
Update: The service time was perfectly adequate for the oil change today. Management is doing well.”

“I had Decided to call Oreilly’s because I was having problems starting my car and I needed to make sure I could take me and my kids on the road trip we have been planning for a while. When I called up there Hunter answered the phone and told me it may be a battery or starter problem and to bring it up to there store and I can have it checked. I showed up and they hooked my car up and checked my systems. Josh told me all I needed was a battery and it wasn’t anything that was going to be to damaging to my car. He found a cheap reliable replacement for me and then also installed it for me while I was paying and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again Josh and Hunter!!!”
