Really bad customer service I took 124g of 10k gold and they offer $3,000 lol while they selling a 20g gold 10k necklace for $2,700. Went next door and asked if they were related they mention that it was their sister store and offer me $6,000. Crazy that just by taking a few more steps I was offer 3k more lol
