“We had an amazing experience at the Kay Jewelers Outlet at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, and it was all thanks to Shelby! My wife needed her ring resized, and before coming here, we had visited three other Kay Jewelers locations. At each of those stores, we were simply told that the ring couldn’t be resized without anyone really taking the time to check or explore our options.
Shelby was completely different. She took the time to actually look into it, listened to our concerns, and went above and beyond to help us get my wife’s ring resized. Her customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference.
After being turned away at three other locations, it was incredibly refreshing to have someone like Shelby genuinely make the effort to help us. She turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and highly recommend asking for Shelby if you visit this location. She is a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like!
