We came in around 6:30 PM needing to upgrade four phones, and he also took the time to walk us through different options for upgrading our fifth phone. Even though the store closed at 8:00 PM, Chase stayed focused and worked with us all the way through closing to make sure everything was set up correctly and that we understood our options.
He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed, even though we were there late in the day with multiple devices.
That kind of service is rare.
Chase represented T-Mobile extremely well, and I hope his leadership recognizes the effort he put into making sure our family left taken care of.

The gentlemen working there got back to me very quickly and even called around to try to find a replacement. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee since it couldn't be fixed. “I ordered a pizza and the really tall guy made it for me. Before touching anything he put in a glove holding the back then used the gloved hand to put on the other glove, then he prepared the pizza, afterwards he took the gloves off to handle the cash register then put the gloves on the same way to box and cut my pizza handing it to me with gloves still on! Wow! I’m blown away by how much though he put into sanitation and consideration. This is my new 7-Eleven! 5-Stars!”
