“I just had the worst experience with gamestop corp. The employees at this store are the ONLY reason I will shop at Gamestop again.
I was trying to use the 2 year warranty on my Xbox Elite 2 controller, however because they only sell the Core 2, which is the same controller but it has a different sku, it took me about 2 hours in store over 2 days for Corporate to finally allow me to warranty the controller. The associates at the store were very nice and apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to work with me till the issue was resolved. Thank you to the 2 ladies who were working to assist me, I'm sorry I forgot to get your names.”

“Fantastic service from the Geek Squad area. My sister had created a new password on her IPad, however she made a mistake while typing it, thus locking herself out of it. We had gone to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad area. The workers were all so nice and friendly. The IPad was taken in and fully reset. The store itself had nice displays of technology which I enjoyed viewing in the meanwhile. Excellent service and excellent store.”
“I was sad to need a color copy on a Sunday. I hate it when people have to work on Sundays but I really need Real Estate Property Copies!Ashauni assisted me and did an amazing job. She was being rushed by rude customers and continued to be kind through the rush. “One of my employees went to this store where he was able to get help with a refurbished phone that metro PCS had no obligation to assist him with. The manager over the stores name was Fennay and she went out of her way to ensure that a unlocked phone would reliably work for him. “I recently contacted quick response, Where I met Isaiah, because my son dropped my Toshiba tablet, cracked my screen, and caused it to not turn on. Isaiah fixed my screen and put all of the intricate parts back together (that had been shaken up due to the drop) back in place. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for all of your technical needs!!!”
