“It was packed, but glad I was there at the right time. I found an APPLE PHONE in a cart outside in the cart keeping Parking lot. I kinda figured it belonged to a person that I was waiting for his parking space. So I waited in front of Sam's building and sure enough he came back. It was a big phone to start with. If it woulda been a woman's phone I would've just investigate who's the owner or SAMS LOST AND FOUND becuz she would've thought she put in her purse and not know for a long while to figure out it's missing. ?”
“Went to Sam’s last night to get a pizza for a party and I was told I’d have to pay per slice to get a pizza. The staff member said they were no longer selling any whole pizza’s since it was just two of them working. (1.5hrs before closing)
ASHLEY, the store manager, went over and beyond. She made my pizzas herself and she comped the price for my frustration. Needless to say, I’m thankful for my interaction with Ashley and she was great!”
“They did a great job with customer service and recommendations. One of the techs recommended a mirror finish that everyone is asking me about. They were patient while dealing with my crazy insurance company. Sam's material for their glasses hold up much better than other places that I've been to. They seem to be very scratch resistant and also great value especially if you're a plus member. The only real thing to know is you may have to be patient when you get there if they're dealing with someone in front of you as it's a small staff. You can likely call ahead but I've never tried.”
“The store is good, but if you use the ladies restroom, I do NOT recommend!!! There are gaps in the stall door frames. Some of the stalls are missing purse hooks. THEY NEED TO FIX THESE ISSUES!!!”
