“The lead person there on Sundays is extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.”

“They open all the boxes before taking them out and they set aside the best to sell at a higher price...it's no joke unless you use a lot of what you find, but missing parts are sometimes useless, and people hoard everything as if it were the end of the world. once is good but the store lost the joke”

“I recently visited the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Grapevine, TX on Park Blvd because my son's car battery had died. I want to give a big shoutout to Ronny, who I believe is the manager. He was an absolute joy to work with!
Despite the sweltering 95-degree heat, Ronny personally helped my son replace his battery and did so with a fantastic attitude. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
