The guy at the service desk (parts) was rude from the very beginning and parts are over priced.

I bought my 2020 Colorado Bison here and had a great experience, Ryan and all the staff were super helpful, then it came time to upgrade so I purchase a 2024 2500 HD which once again was a superb experience, never had a issue with anyone or anything

2+ hours is a very long time to wait for an oil change and a tire rotation after you've made a 7:00 am appointment and were second in line at 6:30 in the morning. Not doing this again when there's an oil change joint on every corner that will get you done in 15 minutes.
