“I've been in this dollar General a few times since October and it was always cluttered and dirty per usual of the many dollar generals I've been in. This time I was AMAZED!!! It was clean and the aisles were free of boxes and clutter. I can tell there is new management over this particular store. Good Job!”
“I normally would shop at the Dollar Tree in Lewisville, but last time I vowed to never again go there. It's a filthy dirty mess! Soooo, today I drove to this location and they have me as a customer for life. It's spacious, stocked, organized and clean. I know better now than to shop somewhere that's disgusting to be in.”
“Well stocked, clean, and organized. The staff is very friendly, conversational, and does their job well. Many other reviews comment on waiting for cashiers. While this is true, staffing is determined by the company and not the people working the registers. An employee told me she’s been making $9 for years. I wouldn’t be sweating my ass off to check people out either. ??♀️”

“Ken was very helpful with the helium balloons. He explained where to see the samples and wrote down the numbers of each one. After a few minutes they were blown up and ready. He was friendly and helpful. Great employee!”

“Found what I needed fairly easy, staff was engaging & friendly. The only quirk that was a little unpleasant the clutter of unstocked merchandise just block the walk ways, it happens. I just feel it should be addressed early or later in the day when not so busy.”

“I visited this location today I am not a resident in this city. I must say the employees I came across this morning all greeted me with a smile and a warm goodmorning. I can't remember the lady's name that checked me out at the register but she was very nice. On my way out I spoke with the manager Marquita and expressed my gratitude on her staff. Thank you to the workers at this location.”
“I have been visiting all of the Dollar General's in my area to see what all the hype is about. I see folks on YouTube stacking coupons and saving money.I have visited this store a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the store is a bit chaotic. The home decor aisle has rugs on the ground so it's hard to push a cart through. Other aisles are blocked by carts. It's messy. I was able to find what I was looking for, however I did notice that not all of the toys are in the toy aisle. They're at the top of the shelves across the store.I ended up doing a return after not correctly reading a receipt and the staff was helpful about it.”

“My husband and I went to this location today for coupon savings . The two ladies greeted us upon entry , were friendly to all the customers and very patient with us at checkout. Exceptional customer service and welcoming.
Ignore the bad reviews when these two women are there because they are exceptional!

“Had everything I needed from coffee to ladies throw away razors, cat food and more. Also had good selection of many, many things. Walmart shelves were mostly empty in household cleaning products, paper towels, etc. but Family Dollar had plenty. Best of all, I didn't have to do a lot of walking which happens when I go to Walmart, then my legs hurt for hours, but I'm 76+ years.”
“This wonderful little place holds more than you would ever imagine looking from the outside. We always love to go browse just to see what they have. Sometimes they get different things in that they will have in stock. There are certain things that are really great prices that we go there for all the time.”

“This is my preferred Family Dollar in the area. They have a good selection and good sells, especially if you use their app with digital coupons. The staff are for the most part friendly. Definitely not too friendly, but certainly not rude. Sometimes when they are stocking it is annoying when you can't get to things with all the stock carts everywhere. But, overall, I like this store better than other discount stores in the area.”

“Went in today to grab some food items and MAN, I was blown away by how organized it was. I didn't get her name but the stock associate's (African-American woman with the glasses) merchandising skills are top notch. Everything was neat, clean, organized with the labels facing front. You just don't see that type of attention to detail very often. In addition to the cleanliness of the store, all the associates were friendly and approachable.”
